ASTM B363 is a Standard Specification for Seamless and Welded Unalloyed Titanium and Titanium Alloy Welding Fittings

Titanium grade 2 fittings produced in accordance with the B363 are intended to be used for applications that require general corrosion resistance. Moreover, these titanium B363 Gr Wpt2 fittings have good formability properties and a number of options could be used to shape them. For instance, the B363 Pipe Fittings could be formed by a combination of processes including extruding, hammering, rolling, pressing, piercing, upsetting bending as well as fusion welding. As is typical of any American Society for Testing and Materials specification, the Titanium ASTM B363 Grade 2 Pipe Fittings are to be tested for not only the chemical requirements, but also the mechanical requirements.

An addition rule set by the specification involves the manufacturing process of B363 Wpt2 and testing parameters as well.
